These countries were followed by Germany, the United States, Canada, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania, which together accounted for a further 36%.

In 2021, the average envelope export price amounted to $X per ton, declining by -7.1% against the previous year. In general, the export price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 when the average export price increased by 5.1% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $X per ton in 2020, and then dropped in the following year.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major exporting countries. In 2021, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was China ($X per ton), while the United States ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
