Canada (X tons) and Argentina (X tons) represented roughly 28% of total exports in 2022. Turkey (X tons) took the next position in the ranking, followed by Chile (X tons), the United States (X tons), Germany (X tons) and Australia (X tons). All these countries together took approx. 32% share of total exports. Belgium (X tons), Russia (X tons), the Czech Republic (X tons), the UK (X tons), Denmark (X tons) and Estonia (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main exporting countries, was attained by Chile (with a CAGR of +53.7%), while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Canada ($X) remains the largest flaked or rolled cereal supplier worldwide, comprising 21% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was held by Germany ($X), with a 7.7% share of global exports. It was followed by the United States, with a 6.9% share.
In Canada, flaked or rolled cereal exports increased at an average annual rate of +13.6% over the period from 2012-2022. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Germany (+4.8% per year) and the United States (+3.4% per year).
