In value terms, China ($X), Germany ($X) and Japan ($X) constituted the countries with the highest levels of exports in 2021, together accounting for 53% of global exports. Romania, the United States, India, South Korea, France, Slovakia, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 29%.

In terms of the main exporting countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a CAGR of +8.3%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average ball bearing parts export price stood at $X per ton in 2021, approximately mirroring the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, saw a slight reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when the average export price increased by 11%.
