Spain, Poland, the UK, Turkey, Hong Kong SAR, South Korea, Estonia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 24%.

Among the main importing countries, Thailand, with a CAGR of +25.6%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Import Prices by Country

The average lamp plastic parts import price stood at $X per ton in 2021, declining by -4.1% against the previous year. Over the last nine-year period, it increased at an average annual rate of +1.1%. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 when the average import price increased by 8.4% against the previous year. Global import price peaked at $X per ton in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, import prices failed to regain momentum.
