From 2012 to 2022, average annual rates of growth with regard to prefabricated buildings exports from China stood at +4.2%. At the same time, Croatia (+20.5%), Poland (+9.0%), Lithuania (+8.5%), Italy (+6.5%), Estonia (+5.7%), the Czech Republic (+4.8%), Canada (+4.1%), the Netherlands (+2.4%) and Belgium (+1.7%) displayed positive paces of growth. In value terms, China ($X) remains the largest prefabricated buildings supplier worldwide, comprising 23% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by the Netherlands ($X), with a 6% share of global exports. It was followed by the Czech Republic, with a 5.3% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in China stood at +5.9%. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: the Netherlands (+6.5% per year) and the Czech Republic (+8.3% per year).
