By contrast, the United States (-1.1%) and Norway (-1.1%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. France (+6.2 p.p.), India (+3.2 p.p.), the Netherlands (+2.5 p.p.) and China (+2.1 p.p.) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the global exports, while Taiwan (Chinese), the United States, Norway and Germany saw its share reduced by -1.5%, -3.3%, -3.6% and -5.3% from 2012 to 2021, respectively.
