In value terms, Mexico ($X), the Netherlands ($X) and Germany ($X) were the countries with the highest levels of exports in 2021, together comprising 27% of global exports.
Mexico, with a CAGR of +12.2%, saw the highest growth rate of the value of exports, in terms of the main exporting countries over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Export Prices by Country
The average sweet biscuit export price stood at $X per ton in 2021, increasing by 1.6% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value in the United States totaled +5.7%. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Germany (+2.3% per year) and France (-0.2% per year).
Import Prices by Country
