The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the largest thermoforming machine supplying countries worldwide were China ($X), Germany ($X) and Italy ($X), with a combined 54% share of global exports. These countries were followed by Taiwan (Chinese), the United States, South Korea, the Czech Republic, the UK, the Netherlands and Brazil, which together accounted for a further 26%.

The Czech Republic, with a CAGR of +9.4%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, in terms of the main exporting countries over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average thermoforming machine import price stood at $X per unit in 2021, falling by -11.4% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 an increase of 32% against the previous year.
